Hello friends,

It has been another busy week in Missouri, with significant developments in our courts, public education, elections, and state budget. As we move further into the fall, several important issues are continuing to unfold, including ongoing legal challenges involving the Secretary of State, the future of public school funding, and the congressional maps Missourians will use in the November election.
In this week’s update, I’m highlighting the latest developments from Jefferson City and across our state, including the conclusion of veto session, new lawsuits involving Secretary of State Denny Hoskins, the State Board of Education’s decision regarding school funding, and recent court rulings affecting ballot measures and congressional districts.
