Please join Northland PRIDE Network and our emcee, Justin Short, candidate for KC City Council, for SHOW-ME EQUALITY on Saturday, August 29, from 1–3 p.m. at the Green Hills Library Center.

We’ll focus on current legislation that affects the LGBTQ+ community and what we can do together to oppose harmful bills. Hear from State Representative Emily Weber, State Representative Wick Thomas, and Rafa Gonzales of PROMO.

  1. Open Google Calendar on a computer (this cannot be done in the phone app)
  2. In the left sidebar, find Other calendars and click +
  3. Choose From URL and paste the address above
  4. Click Add calendar

Then on your phone: open the Google Calendar app, go to Settings, find Platte County Dems under your account, and switch it on. Subscribed calendars stay hidden on phones until you do. Google also checks for new events about once a day, so a brand-new event can take up to 24 hours to appear.

  1. Open Outlook on the web and click Add calendar
  2. Choose Subscribe from web
  3. Paste the address above, give it a name, and click Import

Like Google, Outlook refreshes on its own schedule rather than instantly.
