Absentee voting by mail for the August 4 primary opens June 23 at 8:00 a.m. You can request an absentee ballot online by completing this application and returning it to the Board of Elections. Your application must reach the Board of Elections by July 22 at 5 p.m., and your voted ballot must be received by 7 p.m. on August 4. Important: Received, not postmarked. If you want to vote before Election Day without a reason, in-person early voting (July 21–August 3) is an option.
