Missourians did what the law requires. We organized, gathered signatures, and exercised our constitutional right to a referendum by turning in 305,000+ signatures in December 2025. Since then, Secretary of State Denny Hoskins dragged his feet, obstructing our referendum’s referral to the November ballot, and blocked Missourians from fair representation.
On September 2, our case challenging Hoskins’ obstruction will be heard before the Missouri Supreme Court. We’re coming together to demand voters get a say on politicians’ rigged map.
