Volunteer With Us!

We’re recruiting an army of volunteers devoted to turning Platte County blue by 2030, and you are invited to be a part of it. It’s easy to do. Read through the Team descriptions below and decide which best match your talents and interests. Don’t worry about experience: We’ll provide all the training and support you need. After you sign up, we’ll contact you with more information about getting started with your Team (or Teams!).

I want to volunteer on the following Platte Dems Team for 2026:

COMMUNICATIONS TEAM: Research issues and create social media posts, website articles, emails, letters to the editor, the monthly newsletter, graphic design and photography.

DATA TEAM: Update and sync our contact databases, track and report key metrics, and fulfill data requests made by the other teams.

ELECTION & VOLUNTEER TEAM: Recruit and support Democratic candidates for local office, register voters, educate voters, and get out the vote. Recruit, schedule, and support volunteers. Work at election headquarters.

FUNDRAISING & EVENTS TEAM: Solicit donations and support donors, research and write grants, plan and produce fundraising events, and support central committee members with neighborhood events in their subdistricts.
